Salary & Pay Scale Details- Community Health Officer (CHO): ₹40,000/- per month (inclusive of performance-based incentive)
- Pay structure as per NHM Bihar guidelines and 7th Pay Commission recommendations
- Additional Benefits: Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Medical Allowance, PF & Pension as per government rules
- Career Growth: Eligible for promotion to higher administrative or specialist posts within the Health Department based on performance and seniority
