State Health Society Bihar (SHSB) has released the answer key for the Community Health Officer (CHO) Exam 2025 conducted on July 10, 2025, under Advertisement No. 02/2025. Candidates who appeared for the exam can now download the official answer key from shs.bihar.gov.in to evaluate their performance and raise objections, if any, within the stipulated period.

  • Selection Process: Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by Document Verification

  • Community Health Officer (CHO): ₹40,000/- per month (inclusive of performance-based incentive)
  • Pay structure as per NHM Bihar guidelines and 7th Pay Commission recommendations
  • Additional Benefits: Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Medical Allowance, PF & Pension as per government rules
  • Career Growth: Eligible for promotion to higher administrative or specialist posts within the Health Department based on performance and seniority
