Salary & Pay Scale Details- Monthly Salary: ₹21,700/- per month (After Training)
- Training Period Salary: ₹18,100/- per month
- Daily Duty Allowance: ₹675/- per day (Being increased to ₹1,000/-)
- Additional Benefits: Uniform Allowance, Medical Benefits, Insurance Coverage
- Job Security: State Government Employee with social security benefits
- Probation Period: One year probation period after selection

Exam Difficulty & Competition Analysis- Difficulty Level: Moderate to High – Physical fitness and endurance focused
- Expected Applications: 8,00,000-12,00,000 candidates for 15,000 posts
- Competition Ratio: Approximately 1:53 to 1:80 (High Competition)
- Selection Based On: Physical Efficiency Test (PET) performance – 15 marks total
- Success Rate: Approximately 1.25% to 1.87% selection rate
- Key Requirements: Focus on physical fitness, running, jumping, and shot put events

Physical Standards & Test Details- Male (General): Height 162.56 cms, Chest 31 inches, 1.6 km run in 6 minutes
- Male (SC/ST): Height 162.56 cms, Chest 31 inches, 800m run in 5 minutes
- Female (All): Height 153 cms, 800m run in 5 minutes
- Physical Events: High Jump (4 feet/3 feet), Long Jump (12 feet/9 feet), Shot Put (16 lbs-16 feet/12 lbs-10 feet)
- Total Marks: 15 marks in PET (5 marks each for High Jump, Long Jump, Shot Put)
