Bihar State Health Society has released admit cards for 4500 Community Health Officer posts under National Health Mission. Candidates who applied between 05-26 May 2025 can download their hall tickets from the official portal. The Computer Based Test is scheduled for July 2025 at various centers across Bihar state.

Application Fee

  • General / EWS / BC / EBC  : ₹500/-

Age Limit & Selection Process

  • Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and Maximum 42 years (Male-UR/EWS), 45 years (Female-UR/EWS), 45 years (Male/Female-BC/MBC), 47 years (Male/Female-SC/ST) as on 01-04-2025
  • Age Relaxation: 03 years for Female (UR/EWS), 03 years for BC/MBC, 05 years for SC/ST as per government norms
  • Selection Process: Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by Document Verification and Medical Test

Salary & Pay Scale Details

  • Monthly Salary: ₹40,000/- per month (Contractual basis under National Health Mission)
  • Fixed Component: ₹32,000/- per month
  • Performance Incentive: ₹8,000/- per month (performance-based)
  • Job Type: Contractual basis at Health & Wellness Centers under NHM
  • Work Location: Health Sub Centres and Health & Wellness Centers across Bihar

Exam Difficulty & Competition Analysis

  • Difficulty Level: High – Specialized nursing and community health knowledge required
