- For Diploma/B.Sc. Pharmacy: Diploma/B.Sc. in Pharmacy with minimum 50% aggregate and 50% marks in English in Diploma/B.Sc. or Intermediate/Matriculation.
- Physical and Medical Standards as prescribed by IAF.

Salary & Pay Scale Details- Pay & Allowances (During Training): Stipend of ₹14,600/- per month
- After Training: ₹26,900/- per month (Level 3, 7th CPC Pay Matrix) + Military Service Pay and applicable allowances (DA, HRA, Transport, etc.)
- Additional Benefits: Medical facilities, CSD facilities, Leave, Group Insurance, Pension as per rules
- Career Growth: Promotion through departmental exams and service length, with opportunities to become Warrant Officer, Master Warrant Officer, or Commissioned Officer (for eligible candidates)
