Salary & Pay Scale Details- Pay Scale: Level 6 – ₹35,400 – 1,12,400/- (7th Pay Commission)
- Grade Pay: ₹4,200/- (as per previous pay commission)
- In-Hand Salary: ₹42,000 – 52,000/- per month (including allowances)
- During Training: ₹35,400/- basic pay
- After Training: ₹36,500/- basic pay + allowances
- Additional Benefits: DA (50%+), HRA (24%/16%/8% as per city), TA, Medical, Pension
- Career Growth: JE → Assistant Engineer → Divisional Engineer → Senior Divisional Engineer
