Salary & Pay Scale Details- Training Stipend: ₹56,100/- per month during training (7th Pay Commission Level 10)
- Starting Salary (Lieutenant): ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500/- per month
- Military Service Pay (MSP): ₹15,500/- per month (Lieutenant to Brigadier)
- Additional Benefits: DA, HRA, Medical, Flying Allowance, Field Area Allowance, Pension
- Career Growth: Lieutenant → Captain → Major → Lieutenant Colonel → Colonel → Brigadier
- Maximum Salary: Up to ₹2,50,000/- per month for senior ranks

Exam Difficulty & Competition Analysis- Difficulty Level: High – Graduate level questions with negative marking
